About This Role:
As the Operations Management Partner, you will serve as the primary operational and strategic partner to the President of Biogen Brazil. This pivotal role is designed to enhance executive effectiveness by ensuring strong governance, seamless operations, and a highly efficient executive ecosystem. Acting beyond traditional executive support, you will enable business operations by supporting strategic focus, decision-making, and organizational alignment. You'll be at the helm of consolidating leadership priorities and monitoring business KPIs, ensuring the smooth execution of governance rituals. As a key partner to the Strategy & Governance team, you will play a vital role in tracking action plans and coordinating executive engagements, thereby contributing significantly to the overall business success.
What You’ll Do:
Own the consolidation and monitoring of leadership priorities, management routines, and business KPIs for the Brazil affiliate.
Ensure governance rituals are executed with rigor and that performance indicators are up to date.
Coordinate and manage engagements with global and regional leadership, including planning and execution of executive visits to Brazil.
Partner with Strategy & Governance and senior leaders to track action plans, roadmaps, and executive deliverables.
Provide end-to-end strategic management of the President’s agenda, prioritizing activities based on business impact.
Organize Board and leadership meetings, including preparation of agendas, executive minutes, presentations, and follow-up on action items.
Manage complex domestic and international travel, high-level logistics, and selective personal support activities to ensure executive availability and effectiveness.
Own and manage the President’s cost center, including budget tracking, expense monitoring, and participation in planning and forecast reviews.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure office infrastructure and workplace experience align with Biogen’s culture of innovation, compliance, and operational excellence.

Required Skills:
Significant experience supporting C-level or senior executive leadership roles in complex, matrixed organizations.
Advanced proficiency in English with the ability to interact confidently with global stakeholders.
Strong experience with governance processes, executive reporting, and performance dashboards.
Preferred Skills:
Prior exposure to pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
