About the Role

以优质全面且多样化的企业综合服务（商旅、用车、用餐等）适配公司内外勤各类业务需求场景，管理并协同供应商，通过顺畅的流程设计及运维管理机制，内外部有效沟通协作，从而更好地赋能业务推动及活动支持，确保商旅、用车、用餐等平台有效运营，并持续优化提升流程效率。

工作职责：

1、全程支持业务端企业综合服务（商旅、用车、用餐等）需求、供应商选型及采购流程、项目上线支持、优化升级、管理政策流程制定等多项工作；

2、管理企业综合服务供应商资源，解决各项问题与上下游进行沟通协调等。与供应商的积极协同沟通，通过项目的实施提早与供应商建立长效沟通机制，熟悉处理流程；

3、持续收集并挖掘各业务活动场景与供应商平台系统适配性，优化业务采购流程；

4、协调各分公司业务条线同事进行当地资源配合支持、推广与管理工作，优化总分公司协同机制，确保相关事宜有效落实；

5、协调财务条线沟通，IT及内部各系统管理团队沟通协调，确保各服务供应商结算的准确性及效率性；

6、企业综合服务（商旅、用车、用餐平台等）相关运维工作；

7、负责业务端企业综合服务（商旅、用车、用餐平台等）各项数据的收集、汇总、分析与上报等工作；

9、企业综合服务风险管控，结合集团Security要求制定并落实相关安全工作；

10、配合ESG目标落实业务端企业综合服务相关要求及目标；

11、完成上级领导交办的其他工作事务。

任职要求：

1、大学本科及以上学历，行政管理、供应商管理、业务流程运营及互联网等相关专业优先；

2、具备3-5年企业行政、采购、线上平台运营管理、项目管理等相关工作经验；

3、良好的人际沟通能力、具有业务思维、人际敏感度，高效的执行力和团队合作精神，工作积极主动；

4、具有一定的数据分析能力，熟练掌握财务、办公软件操作、系统操作等技能；

5、具有良好中英文书写的文案撰写能力和沟通能力具有较强的计划性和统筹协调的能力；

6、具有快速学习能力，创新精神。
