Job Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfilment - Ensure smooth transactions by processing customer orders accurately and on time.

• Order Issues Resolution, Amendments, Cancellations, Rush orders, Disputes.

• Assist Supply team to ensure optimal inventory management, supporting a seamless customer experience.

• Billing & Invoicing Expertise - Manage invoicing, vet Letters of Credit, and ensure all billing processes are completed with precision.

• Managing customer queries, providing prompt and helpful responses to ensure satisfaction.

• Invoice & Payment Management - Issue invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments, contributing to healthy cash flow.

• Send customer surveys to capture feedback, resolve complaints, and gauge satisfaction, helping the team continuously improve.

• Data Management - Keep customer records updated, manage master data, and perform manual pricing updates with meticulous attention to detail.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration - Liaise with indirect tax, legal, and trade compliance teams to address trade-related issues and ensure compliance.

• Month-End Excellence - Contribute to month-end closing activities, ensuring all processes are wrapped up smoothly and efficiently.

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong spoken and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

• Min 1 year experience in Sales Order Management, Supply Chain Operations, or Accounts Receivable

• Adaptable, analytical, and quick to learn with a results-oriented approach

• High level of ownership and discretion in resolving customer issues efficiently

• Frontline customer-facing experience is a plus

• Able to work independently within set guidelines

• Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined in task execution

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and prioritization skills

• Knowledge of SAP FI and experience with SAP P94 is an advantage

• Familiarity with ERP systems and ability to navigate complex tools
