This Position reports to:

Project Management Manager (T&E)

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of projects within Travel and Expense (T&E) Management, ensuring all related activities comply with ABB policy, cyber security regulations, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments. Each day, you will drive operational excellence and ensure business continuity in T&E processes.

The role is responsible for managing projects related to Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures, including system separation, service agreements, vendor setup for new entities, and tool integrations. You will also draft and coordinate Temporary Service Agreements (TSA) by liaising with global TSA teams, internal stakeholders, and M&A entities.

This position contributes to ABB globally, working closely with Global T&E Governance, Country Finance Teams, IS teams, M&A Project Teams, and External Service Providers.

Location

This role is open globally, but location is set in Poland (Kraków) and India (Bangalore). The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects related to Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures, ensuring timely execution and compliance.

• Draft, manage, and coordinate Temporary Service Agreements (TSA) with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure T&E business continuity and adherence to ABB standards during transitions.

• Drive stakeholder engagement and collaboration across multiple levels of the organization.

• Oversee system separation, vendor setup, and tool integration for new entities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of proven project management experience, preferably in Finance or Shared Services.

• Strong problem-solving, change management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments simultaneously.

• Advanced communication skills in a multicultural environment.

• Experience in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures and/or T&E processes is a strong advantage.

• Proficiency in SAP Concur is highly desirable.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for project requirements.
