Join our Power Electronics Service team and take ownership of a key commercial role across multiple markets. You will drive the execution of our service sales strategy while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams. This role offers a unique blend of commercial, legal, and technical exposure. You will work independently, solve real business challenges, and influence decisions through your expertise. How you'll make an impact

  • Drive and monitor the progress of the power electronics service sales strategy across assigned markets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market trends and client engagement.
  • Develop contract strategies and project proposals aligned with customer needs and budgets.
  • Review, negotiate, and manage contract baselines to maximize financial and operational performance.
  • Coordinate with technical, financial, and legal teams to ensure accurate commercial execution.
  • Provide guidance on new business opportunities using strong legal and commercial knowledge.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your background

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience in service sales, contract management, or commercial roles.
  • Strong understanding of contract negotiation and legal terminology.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish is required for regional operations.
