Job Description:
The Business Analyst – RaceWay delivers enterprise analytics and reporting supporting POS operations, loyalty programs, pricebook accuracy, and operational decision‑making. This role partners closely with Operations, POS teams, Loyalty, Data Engineering, and external vendors to drive data accuracy, scalable automation, and actionable insights.
What You'll Do:
Develop and deliver enterprise reporting using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
Design and manage semantic models and data flows across POS, pricebook, loyalty, finance, and operational data.
Partner with the Databricks team to scale data ingestion pipelines and API integrations.
Extend financial reporting to link ledger‑level data with store and program performance.
Provide standardized reporting for franchisee visibility, loyalty analytics, and exception monitoring.
Own master pricebook governance, including item attributes and mappings.
Deliver exception reporting for open keys, invalid mappings, and item setup issues.
Automate intercompany mapping tables to support cross‑system reporting.
Partner with POS teams and vendors to support rollouts and resolve operational issues.
From time to time conducts Adhoc requests for business analytical needs.
Lead deep‑dives to identify performance drivers and business opportunities.
Translate business questions into actionable insights and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence required.
Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel required.
Experience with Databricks, Python, and APIs preferred.
Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate preferred.
Retail, POS, or loyalty data experience preferred.
