Incident & Problem Management:

• Handle L2 support tickets, diagnose hardware/software issues.
• Troubleshoot Linux server/services/machines failures, Windows system crashes, network connectivity issues, and application failures.
• Support Raspberry Pi configurations, ensuring they communicate properly with the automotive test bench infrastructure.

​ System Administration & Automation:

•  Manage and maintain Linux (Ubuntu, or redhat) servers running the automotive test bench backend.
•  Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Active Directory (AD) integration, and RDP session failures.
•   Troubleshoot application failures on all platform (windows, Linux)
•  Utilize Ansible for configuration management, automated deployments, and routine system tasks.
•  Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks to automate automotive test ench system configurations, deployment and updates.

 Infrastructure & Support Operations:

•  Ensure seamless operation of Redhat servers that operate the platform, and remote workstation reservations.
•  Monitor and manage network connectivity issues between Raspberry Pi devices, workstations, and backend services.
• Work closely with the IS team on firewall, routing, and VPN issues affecting remote access.

     User Support & Documentation:

•  Assist engineers in resolving automotive test bench access issues, remote session failures, and system performance concerns.
• Maintain and update troubleshooting guides, system configurations, and operational playbooks.
• Train internal teams on basic Ansible usage, Linux CLI operations, and Windows debugging.

Soft Skills & Collaboration

• Strong problem-solving skills
•  Ability to work under pressure.
•  Effective communication skills for interacting with engineers, IT teams, and external stakeholders.
•   Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing mindset.

Education/Training

• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Communication, or Electronics
• Advanced organisational skills.
• Linux (RHCSA) knowledge is mandatory
• MCSE & CCNA is a preferable
