Summary:
As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for defining the cloud security framework and architecture. Your typical day will involve ensuring that the security measures align with business requirements and performance goals. You will document the implementation of cloud security controls and facilitate the transition to cloud security-managed operations, collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless integration of security practices into the cloud environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Responsible for analyzing identity, authentication and access data to monitor, measure, and improve compliance with Password and MFA requirements. This role transforms IAM data into actionable insights that support security posture, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of Access Management and IAM fundamentals
Ability to analyse large volumes of authentication and access logs and feeds
- Identify trends, anomalies, and policy gaps related to passwords and MFA usage
- Translate raw data into security relevant insights for business stakeholders
- Experience with Identity platforms such as Azure AD/Entra ID, Ping Federate, etc.,
- Proficiency in Data Analysis tools SQL, Advanced Excel skills, Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools
- Experience consuming data from SIEM platforms, APIs and structured data feeds (JSON, CSV)
- Ability to automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting
- Identify gaps in data collection and recommend improvements
- Convert complex IAM data into concise insights and recommendations

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience with identity governance and administration tools.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with security incident response and management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
