As a TikTok Specialist Manager, you will envision, strategize, orchestrate the brand journey, developing marketing plans and identifying marketing tactics to build on consumer, shopper & customer insights, and find the next S-curve on our world-renowned brands. What success look like:

You will need passion and strength to grow an end-to-end TikTok capability. You will develop creative and innovative e-solutions to allow us to win with consumers.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Lead the well-rounded brand strategy - including Paid, Earned (Traditional/ Social Media/Influencer) plans
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure cohesive roll-out of NPD, always-on activities to ensure efforts sync perfectly with marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Create and design content that wins with consumer in Tiktok, build robust brand awareness and lower funnel check out by leveraging UGC and Regional Brand Toolkits.
  • Develop and implement influencer/KOL strategies and social media calendars. Analyse TikTok performance metrics. Make data-driven recommendations to elevate the social game for each brand
  • Be the category insights lighthouse for P&G to drive tangible actions: Stay on the cutting edge of social media trends and standard processes to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
  • Ensure maximum reach and engagement and suggest content formats and processes to evolve in TikTok.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any fields
  • Creative problem solver with a passion and deep understanding for Tiktok trend and influencer relationship management.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in TikTok features, as well as formats popular on the platforms.
  • Highly experienced in content creation planning & strategy, social asset design and video editing.
  • Knowledge of online and offline marketing channels and an understanding of their interplay
  • Experience in building brand & growing sales in TikTok is a plus
