Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our Global Technology Organization (GTO) team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of comprehensive Test Plans and functional tests within an agile development lifecycle to support the InSight Public Sector Vertical.
You will join the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Solutions Engineering team, a critical group instrumental in supporting our customers’ digital transformation through the InSight content services platform.
In this role, you will:
Execute Quality Audits and Testing: Analyze data and reports to develop comprehensive Quality Assurance Test Plans and functional test cases that ensure solutions meet all business requirements.
Collaborate on Technical Design: Participate in design discussions regarding technical implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance business value, scalability, and delivery timelines.
Maintain Testing Standards: Design and build maintainable test frameworks and reusable scripts to perform functional and regression testing, ensuring all components comply with organizational standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 10 years of experience in software application testing, specifically within cloud applications and agile scrum environments.
Strong knowledge of data analytics and distributed processing frameworks like PySpark, as well as familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
Proven ability in accessibility testing, including manual (screen-reader) and automated methods, to ensure compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).
A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited or recognized university.
