About the Role

We are looking for a Capability Lead to drive the development, maturity, and performance of key delivery capabilities within our organization. This role sits at the intersection of project delivery excellence and capability building, ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality outcomes to our stakeholders and partners. You will work closely with global teams, contributing to strategic initiatives while enabling scalable, high-impact delivery. Our team focuses on building and delivering capabilities that empower sales users across the HPE by enabling them to be more effective, data-driven, and customer-centric. We:

  • Design and deliver capabilities, tools, and processes tailored to sales roles and journeys
  • Partner with global stakeholders to support sales excellence and revenue growth
  • Build scalable, reusable delivery frameworks and best practices
  • Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives and operational efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation aligned with business needs

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of capability initiatives, from planning through execution and closure
  • Manage timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure alignment with business priorities, particularly for sales-facing capabilities
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of capabilities supporting sales personas
  • Establish and apply delivery frameworks, standards, and governance models
  • Ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across initiatives
  • Engage and collaborate with global stakeholders, including sales, CSLV, BU GTM, operations, and engineering teams
  • Act as the central coordination point across cross-functional teams
  • Provide clear communication, status reporting, and executive updates
  • Orchestrate work across multiple teams and geographies
  • Manage interdependencies and ensure smooth execution across initiatives
  • Resolve blockers and drive alignment in complex, matrix environments
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and capability outcomes
  • Leverage data and feedback to enhance sales-facing impact and user experience
  • Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or corresponding experience)
  • 4–6 years of experience in project/program management, delivery, or consulting
  • Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
  • Exposure to sales processes, sales enablement, or go-to-market functions is highly desirable

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience designing and implementing overall process and tools management and improvement frameworks to support sales operations
  • Excellent analytical, statistics and problem solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to structure and manage large-scale initiatives with multiple dependencies
    Thorough understanding of and experience in applying business and sales processes and practices in multiple and varied situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery in English
  • Ability to effectively communicate architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
