Technical Consultant HR Feed

We are seeking a versatile technical consultant to support our clients with their HR Feed to our Profile system. In this role, your duties will include be to provide client and internal resources with technical guidance.

To ensure success as a technical consultant, you should exhibit extensive experience in providing Information Technology support in a demanding environment. Outstanding technical consultants ensure that company IT systems run efficiently.

Technical Consultant Responsibilities:

• Performing analyses on HR Feed software capabilities via API or Standard upload files.
• Consulting with management and other departments as required.
• Improving system efficiency by consulting with end-users and providing innovative solutions.
• Documenting processes and monitoring system performance metrics.
• Implementing the latest technological advancements and solutions.
• Training end-users on software programs related to HR Feed.

Technical Consultant Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a technical consultant in the travel industry and in Profiles system is a plus.
• Ability to conduct in-house and client training to increase end-user proficiency.
• Ability to develop and maintain internal error logs and provide support.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
