Job Description:

Parsons/Xator LLC. is looking for an amazingly talented C-UAS Operations Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work with a team of C-UAS professionals ensuring that the operational aspects of the program

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing 19 personnel to include Mangers, Technicians, and Operators deployed in 5 different locations.
  • Developing Standard Operational Procedures for C-UAS Watch-Standers
  • Developing Concept of Operation documents for new system deployments and upgrades.
  • Review and approved C-UAS watch schedules
  • Review and route Travel Requests
  • Attend weekly meetings with the travel department to work through pre-travel requirements
  • Hold weekly meetings with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure all equipment maintains the appropriate
  • Reviewing documents developed by the operations team for technical accuracy and completeness.
  • Review daily C-UAS operational logs and system logs for completeness.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Master's degree in engineering management/Business Management with 2 years of experience, bachelor's degree in engineering/business with 5 years of experience. or 15 years of experience managing operations and maintenance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Licensed 14 CFR Part 107 pilot
  • Agile certification
  • Positive Attitude

Security Clearance Requirement:

A security clearance is not required to apply; however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance which requires U.S. citizenship, prior to the start date.

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
