We are looking for Support Workers to join our in Macduff and the surrounding areas. We are able to offer highly flexible on working hours, offering an hourly rate £12.32 an hour.

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team based in Macduff and the surround areas. Due to the nature of the role and the rural locations, it would be beneficial for the successful Support Workers to hold a UK driving license, but not essential.

The successful Support Workers will be focused on Person Centred Care and put the service user at the centre of all you do. The forefront of our delivery is to put the service user first and facilitate them to have their own independence. You will support people out in the community, going to clubs, activities, appointments and much more.

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears- does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
