Summary: We are seeking a Data Security Analyst with 4+ years of experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to support daily operations across endpoint, cloud, email, and network services. The role includes handling DLP alerts, assisting with policy changes, and working with cross-functional teams using Zscaler DLP and ServiceNow. Roles & Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze DLP alerts from endpoints, cloud apps, email, and network sources using Zscaler DLP. - Support DLP incident investigations and follow the escalation matrix to ensure proper handling. - Assist in creating, modifying, and testing DLP policies under the guidance of senior team members. - Coordinate with desktop/infrastructure teams for DLP agent deployment and issue resolution. - Validate change requests and support DLP policy implementations and rollbacks. - Manage ServiceNow tickets related to DLP; assign or escalate based on incident classification. - Help maintain runbooks and documentation with updates related to policy and rule changes. - Contribute to shared drive DLP scanning activities and document findings. - Support periodic report generation and assist in compliance reviews. Professional & Technical Skills: - 4+ years of experience in data security or DLP operations. - Working knowledge of Zscaler DLP or similar DLP tools across endpoint, cloud, and email environments. - Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for incident and change management. - Understanding of DLP policy lifecycle, incident handling, and escalation processes. - Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn advanced data protection techniques. - Good communication skills to coordinate with IT, security, and support teams. - Awareness of data protection standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) is preferred. - Certifications like Security+ or Zscaler Certified Professional are a plus. - GSOC – Endpoint Protection/EDR(CrowdStrike, Client ITSM - ServiceNow) Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Endpoint Extended Detection and Response. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
