Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the application lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries and issues. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and architect solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Oversee the development process and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the application lifecycle. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application development. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and technologies. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with existing systems. - Document application design, architecture, and technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. - Experience in leading the design and development of enterprise applications. - Knowledge of software development methodologies and frameworks. - Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java or .NET. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with web technologies and frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security and Authorization concepts. - Experience with SAP Access Control and Process Control modules. - Knowledge of SAP security best practices. - Experience with SAP implementation projects. - Understanding of IT governance and compliance frameworks. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
