At Cancer Research UK, we exist to beat cancer.
We’re looking for an inspiring Training and Quality Monitoring Advisor to join our fundraising team. Our fundraising teams are essential to our Engage Strategy by engaging with the public in deep and meaningful ways, ultimately growing Cancer Research UK’s fundraising and income capabilities, to fund and raise awareness for our life-saving research.
This is a unique opportunity, where you will play an important role in supporting the Training, Quality Monitoring & Engagement Managers, external and internal stakeholders and agencies, and fundraising teams.
This role will be both desk-based and ‘in the field’ meaning no day will be the same and you’ll discover something new every day. For example, some days you will be shadowing fundraisers onsite across the UK, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and agencies, supporting the mystery shopping programmes, identifying trends and improvements, helping to create engagement tools and materials, delivering training to our fundraisers both in-person across the UK and virtually, contributing to the team’s strategy, and many more.
Our organisation values are designed to guide all that we do.
Bold: Act with ambition, courage and determination
Credible: Act with rigour and professionalism
Human: Act to have a positive impact on people
Together: Act inclusively and collaboratively
We’re looking for people who can believe in and embody these organisation values and can use them to drive forward progress against our mission to beat cancer.
If you’re interested in applying and excited about working with us but are unsure if you have the right skills and experience, we’d still love to hear from you.
