A Product Development Manager plays a critical role in shaping and delivering competitive insurance products that meet customer needs while supporting business profitability and growth. This role is responsible for managing product development initiatives across the full product lifecycle by translating market insights, customer needs, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product solutions.
Working closely with cross‑functional teams including actuarial, operations, distribution, IT, and compliance, the Product Development Manager drives end‑to‑end product delivery from concept to launch. The role ensures strong governance, timely execution, and regulatory compliance, while continuously enhancing product competitiveness to support sustainable business growth.
