The Consumer Sales & Pricing Manager is responsible for optimization & analysis of price, promotion and value; they will partner closely with the Consumer Segment leaders for support and direction. This role requires creativity and cross-functional collaboration with leaders in Marketing, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to maximize sales, profit and drive customer growth for Safelite. This role balances strategic portfolio thinking, analytical and results-based curiosity, and a commitment to excellence in execution. This role also leads to regular communications with leadership, focused on adopting new initiatives and measuring performance of the existing business operations, as well as pricing and promo initiatives.

Essential Activities Include:
• Design and implement innovative pricing strategies that align with business goals and customer needs, including dynamic pricing, promotion strategies and packages
• Develop and present pricing models and financial projections to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.
• Partner across the organization to bring pricing initiatives and innovation to life through collaboration with Marketing, IT, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain
• Daily price management across product types, analysis of customer & markets segmentation, and the tracking/reporting of various initiatives
• Design and oversee testing of pricing and promotional initiatives
• Continuously identify areas for improvement of results, processes, data & communications, and work across all functions to activate those improvements
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor pricing effectiveness and guide decision-making.
• Ad hoc analysis, requests from pricing inquires and project support.


 

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement innovative pricing strategies that align with business goals and customer needs, including dynamic pricing, promotion strategies and packages

  • Conduct analysis of pricing strategies and promotional tactics on a regular basis. Evaluates and identifies new methodology and findings for future campaigns (discounts, channels, framing, etc.).
  • Daily price management across product types, analysis of customer & markets segmentation, and the tracking/reporting of various initiatives
  • Develop and present pricing models and financial projections to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.
  • Conducts ad hoc analysis for business partners, as requested. Handles requests for pricing inquiries and project support.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor pricing effectiveness and guide decision-making.
  • Lead, train & develop a team of highly performing pricing analysts.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Required
  • 4-6 years’ Experience in pricing, promotions, and/or revenue management Required
  • Experience in analytical, finance or business development, with focus on improving key performance indicators & measuring success Preferred
  • Critical Thinking and Analytical Savvy - Adept at thinking through business challenges in real time to make strong business decisions and recommendations based on a logical approach. (High proficiency)

  • Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications (Medium proficiency)
  • Skilled in Tableau (Snowflake and/or SQL a plus) (Medium proficiency)
