As a Lead HR Business Partner, you will have a key role in working with our senior leadership team and the Head of GBS together creating a thriving and innovative organisation. In this role, you will advise and execute on HR matters across the whole employee life-cycle. In addition, you will lead a local HR team which is responsible for recruitment and development.

The Lead HR Business Partner also plays a key role in ensuring the company ́s compliance with Lithuanian labor legislation and labor market development. 

What you will be responsible for:

• Ensures compliance and maintenance of HR related guidelines & policies for the center in close collaboration with corporate HR

• Control HR budget and supervise HR Operations & pay-roll processes

• Design, build and execute a plan for people development and retention

• Coordinate occupational health and safety measures

• Ensure close collaboration and alignment with Group HR in all activities

• Lead HR team and ensure timely delivery

• Develop and implement leadership development programs.

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and help design recruitment strategy.

• Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice.

• Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

• Monitor employee engagement and implement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.

About you:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields (e.g. Labour, HR, Economics, Psychology)

• 5 - 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Shared Services Center environment

• Solid understanding of Lithuanian labor legislation

• Fluent English language skills

• Ability to understand the company’s strategic priorities and build people plan to drive the strategy forward

• People management and development skills

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels

• Ability to work in a multicultural, cross-country, and matrix environment

The salary range starts from 5000 euro gross and depends on your experience.
