About the Role

The Account Executive will maintain and grow small accounts at LATAM region, having a specific customer wallet from Brazil and Conosur, with high focus on small customers at the financial crime compliance, fraud and identity, and payments efficiency solutions. Responsibilities include hitting sales targets, conducting product demos, managing the sales process, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships at all levels;

  • Acting as liaison between sales support and our customers in order to provide exceptional service and solutions;

  • Evaluating existing relationships, grow and expand relationships, create a territory plan and successfully execute against that strategy;

  • Calling on existing customers to secure appointments and gather information on their needs;

  • Positioning and demonstrating the value of our products to address their business issues;

  • Providing excellent customer service by effectively managing customer objections, setting realistic expectations, successfully negotiating pricing and contracts and close sales.

Requirements:

  • Have previous professional experience in client portfolio management and solution sales, preferably in data or technology companies;

  • Have advanced or fluent English language skills;

  • Have proficiency in Spanish (preferred);

  • Have great interpersonal skills and able to build influential relationships and partnerships with customers and stakeholders;

  • Have a College or university degree or the equivalent work experience;
