What Supply Chain Product Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, supply and manufacturing planning.
Supply Chain Product Management is responsible for identifying, recommending, designing and implementing new solutions for the Supply Chain organization including new technology features, practices, processes, metrics or models. Supply Chain Product Management develops the strategic vision, supporting business case, and financials for new products. Manages project timelines and budgets.
The Manager of Strategic Product Management Initiatives will oversee a team of Senior Advisors responsible for driving strategic advancements across inventory, transportation, and warehouse management domains. This role does not define enterprise strategy but ensures the design and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and manages the supply chain technology 3-year roadmap. The leader will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders in each operational area, ensuring seamless delivery of initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
