Job Description

 Field Medical Event coordination

·       Guide the event owner to prepare the country approval for HCP engagements by checking the company standards as well as HCP’s institution policy

·       Integrate the Field Medical Activities (ex. EIF, Medical Education) to be performed in the harmonized and compliant ways per the Global and Local Standards

·       Perform the Quality Assurance & Control by managing the key records to be kept in the designated SOR

 

Investigator Studies Program (MISP) Operation

·       Manage the customs clearance process for Investigational Drug importation

·       Execute the tax payment for Investigational Drug importation

 

Financial Support

·       Lead vendor and account registration

·       Create purchase order and process invoice

·       Track the transfer of value to HCPs for transparency reporting

 

Divisional Administration

·       Arrange logistic settings for divisional meeting/event

·       Support internal/external guest visits

·       Provide onboarding orientation and arrange relevant training for new comer

·       Maintain up to date contact info including alternative ones for business continuity

·       Coordinate the approval processes of overseas business trip

 

Other general administrative support by request
