We are looking for a highly motivated CCTV, Video Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will advise, assist, and execute work on behalf of the Sensormatic Senior Leadership Team. Working across the Sensormatic business units to help define and enable the Sensormatic video strategy and strategic initiatives (CCTV, Video Surveillance, Machine and Deep Learning, and AI.)

The Leader, Video Solutions Enablement will manage a team of industry professionals including both technical and product management focused resources to define and roadmap the Sensormatic video solutions for a Retail Specific customer group including Life Safety, Loss Prevention and Business Intelligence solutions integrated across the Sensormatic product portfolios.  Solutions will include on-prem, hybrid and cloud-based solutions.  The SME and team will be responsible for defining solution sets based on the markets evolving needs, providing pre-sales consulting and design services and supporting the Sensormatic installation and pro-services teams to meet customer needs and provide ongoing customer satisfaction.
 

How you will do it:

  • Work with Sensormatic Leadership and cross departmental teams to define and roadmap current and future strategy(s) for CCTV and related technology solutions and integrations.
  • Analyze and advise on solution sets based on customer requirements
  • Manage a team of video surveillance specialists to Drive, Enable and Assist in the complete video sales cycle.
  • Work across product management teams to coordinate internal and third-party support and integration with Video.
  • Work closely with sales and Sensormatic’s reporting tools to monitor and report to leadership on video pipeline and sales.
  • Provide clear direction and communications on video strategy across Sensormatic’s departments.
  • Provide guidance into active and sunset internal and third-party video products and solutions working with solution management, product management and Sensormatic procurement.
  • Support customer engagements throughout sales cycle

What we look for:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Security Management, or a related field preferred.  A minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role.
  • Experience in the security industry is a plus.
  • Understanding and experience selling into Retail and Retail Related organizations.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating new business opportunities.
  • Understanding of the loss prevention, security and surveillance industry.
  • Understanding of the retail and retail related organizations’ video and video related solutions.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner, including to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Can quickly grasp the value proposition of Sensormatic product offerings.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and problem-solving ability.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to identify opportunities, measure success, and contribute to new strategies.
  • Strong customer-centric focus with the ability to understand client needs and build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations on products and services via TEAMs and In-Person.
  • Using solution-oriented approaches and consultative selling tactics to influence up to the executive level.
  • Experience in successful coaching solutions and sales strategies across a global organization.
  • Ability to design video system solutions in customer environments
  • Ability to read and utilize blueprints
