HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE?💥
- As a Finance/Performance Analyst, you will support public‑sector clients to optimize budget, cost, and performance while strengthening governance and service delivery. You will collect, validate, and analyze fiscal and operational data, assist in interpreting executive budgets, appropriations, and ACFRs, and help translate findings into clear insights and actions. Typical work includes building cost baselines, supporting rapid Government efficiency and efficacy diagnostics, participating in program/service reviews, and preparing materials for fiscal reinvention workshops.
- As a Finance/Performance Consultant, you will own modules of client work to optimize budget, cost, and performance, redesign operating models, and institutionalize accountability. You will lead analyses, structure recommendations, and facilitate working sessions that translate diagnostics into action. Typical engagements include rapid Government efficiency/efficacy diagnostics, program and service reviews, fiscal reinvention workshops, and state/county initiatives that move from analysis to implementation.
Analyst

- Government Financial Analysis: Assist with interpreting budgets/ACFRs; reconcile datasets; build budget trackers.
- Cost Optimization: Run spend analyses; identify savings hypotheses; size quick wins using Excel/Power BI.
- Operating Models: Document current‑state processes/service delivery; contribute to future‑state design artifacts (swimlanes, RACI).
- Stakeholder Engagement & Interviews: Capture notes, synthesize themes, draft action registers and follow‑ups.
- Public Sector Transformation: Turn diagnostic outputs into dashboards and briefing materials; support KPI definition and tracking.
