Hermeus is a high-speed aircraft manufacturer focused on the rapid design, build, and test of high-Mach and hypersonic aircraft for the national interest. We are looking for an HR Generalist who can own and execute core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for ensuring onboarding through offboarding runs smoothly, employee data is accurate and audit-ready, and cross-functional teams stay aligned and accountable. 

This is a hands-on, operations-focused role for someone who can manage multiple workflows, solve problems in real time, and improve processes as they go.

The person hired will have access to information and items subject to U.S. export controls, and therefore, must either be a “U.S. person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62 or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing.
