Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and skilled Training Specialist – Operations to join our Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of the annual Training Plan; acting as the primary local point of contact for all learning needs and ensuring the local learning calendar aligns with enterprise goals and operational priorities.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Design & Deliver Learning: Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis, design engaging learning resources, and facilitate innovative learning experiences across remote, hybrid, and face-to-face settings.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead the "Mountaineer Day 1" experience, offering personalized induction for new hires, and support offboarding through exit interviews and pattern analysis.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with management, HR, GBS, and Employer Branding to align training with business Goals & Objectives (G&Os) and ensure a consistent learner journey.
• Compliance & Evaluation: Monitor learning metrics and compliance with internal requirements, utilizing a full evaluation approach to inform continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Educational background in HR, Psychology, or Business, with a strong interest in developing a career in L&D; a TTT/Formator Certification is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM.
• Previous exposure to customer-facing roles, academic projects, or internships involving group facilitation, stakeholder management, and using digital tools or L&D authoring tools like Articulate Storyline.
• English language – advanced level
