About the role:

You will be joining a winning team with a consistent track record of growth. As the Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting Pacvue’s Sales & Growth Experience team with GTM strategy, positioning and collateral. This is an important role to accommodate our growing organization with the increasing demand for our platform.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own product marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio.
  • Drive the GTM strategy for Pacvue products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine product positioning and product-market fit through in-depth market research on trends, competitor landscapes, and customer needs.
  • Manage end-to-end product launches, serving as the primary liaison between the product marketing team and internal departments.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of product launches and distribution, ensuring effective communication within the organization.
  • Lead the creation of effective marketing content, including white papers, case studies, and social proof, utilizing customer stories and product feedback.
  • Conduct customer stories and user interviews to gain insights into customer business needs and pain points.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between the product organization and our GTM team, including process optimization and ongoing support.
  • Measure impact of Product Marketing activities.
  • Mentor and coach the product marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to achieve goals and deliverables.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of a proven track record of success in product marketing, demonstrating expertise in driving successful product strategies leading to business impact
  • Retail Media or Commerce experience a plus
  • Deep understanding of market trends, product life cycles and customer behavior
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on cultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities to navigate complex market dynamic and measure impact
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless
