Iron Mountain is seeking a Regional Cluster Lead, MENAT to provide strategic and operational leadership across the Accounts to Cash (A2C) function, with direct responsibility for teams across Turkey. This role plays a critical part in driving cash performance, customer satisfaction, and strong A2C governance across the region.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

•            Lead and Develop Talent: Lead, manage, and motivate A2C teams across Turkey, ensuring high performance, engagement, and continuous development

•            Own and deliver Cash Collection, DSO, and BDE performance, including:

  • Cash forecasting and BDE forecasting
  • Maintenance of Risks & Opportunities (R&O) reports

•            Own A2C KPIs and data management, including development, refinement, governance, and ongoing monitoring

•            Drive customer satisfaction targets related to Billing, Collections, and dispute management

•            Lead and enforce credit policy, including A2C governance, controls, and compliance

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

•            Minimum 5 years of relevant functional experience, ideally in Billing or Collections (exposure to both preferred)

•            People Leadership: 6–8 years of experience experience leading teams through organizational restructures, system migrations, and business integrations

•            Hands-on experience and working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems, billing systems, customer portals, and CRM platforms including Salesforce

•            Experience conducting AR settlement negotiations with major customers and senior stakeholders
