Position Summary

Advanced Thin Films is looking for a Business Line Leader (BLL) with a passion for leading and developing teams and growing the organization by delivering exceptional solutions.  In this role, the BLL is responsible for a segment of the ATF business.   The BLL is responsible for the commercial, operations, and engineering functions within their business line. They will effectively define strategy, identify opportunities, and deliver to the customer needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full order to cash cycle within defined markets
  • Drives profitability at or above IDEX average
  • Defines strategy and implementation actions to grow within specified markets
  • Ensures commercial funnel is able to support short and long term growth goals
  • Effectively builds, leads, and challenges a cross functional team including; commercial, engineering, and operations
  • Identifies opportunities within and across markets to extend capabilities
  • Commitment to talent development.  Defines succession plans and cultivates emerging leaders
  • Defines investment plans to expand capacity and extend capabilities to maintain leading market position
  • Leads with integrity
  • Builds strong culture of accountability, employee engagement, and servant leadership
  • Responsible for defining organizational needs and roles within team
  • Champions investments needed to achieve objectives
  • Serves as business spokesperson to key stakeholders
  • Effectively communication at all levels within the organization

Credentials and Experience

  • B.S. or higher in technical or business related field or the equivalence in work experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in manufacturing
  • Cross functional roles and experience preferred
  • Experience leading cross functional teams preferred

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $106,800.00 - $160,200.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
