NVIDIA is looking for a Marketing Manager to work on the LATAM Enterprise team to lead our partner marketing programs and the systems to support our ecosystem business. This marketing manager will work closely with our LATAM Marketing Director. This person will be responsible for leading, executing, and running channel marketing activities across our Enterprise portfolio in Latin America. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, partner-led environment and has a proven track record of driving growth through strategic channel initiatives.
What you will be doing:
Drive Partner Marketing activities with our Partner Ecosystem including:
Working with the regional sales and channel team to identify the right partners for priority verticals for each product area
Marketing enablement and annual planning to handle through the target Partner organizations
Joint marketing planning and execution joint marketing initiatives with key partners and ISVs.
Develop and manage communications that educate, engage, and empower our partner network.
Manage content and messaging that aligns with our brand and resonates with partner audiences.
Working in Partnership with partners and ISVs Marketing Managers on joint Marketing activities targeting core verticals both to prospect and through channel
Drive demand and pipeline growth through partners by bringing to bear the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) process.
Deliver high-quality marketing programs that generate qualified leads and measurable ROI.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a leading university.
10+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise marketing with a focus on channel-led environments.
Deep understanding of the hardware and software technology landscape, preferably within high-performance computing or AI.
Shown success building and managing collaborations, resellers, and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in Portuguese and English and Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a multifaceted, constantly evolving environment.
A positive, collaborative demeanor and a passion for partner success.
Interpersonal skills; understands roles & responsibilities of the cross-functional team and fully engages other partners to achieve objectives. Strong collaborator who removes bottlenecks.
Business analysis skills; able to track business and tie back to marketing tactics.
Knowledge of and passion for technology's industry
Strong teammate, able to develop relationships across a wide array of partners and build support for core mission.
