IDEXX is hiring our next cohort of entry level Veterinary Technician Software Trainers in our Implementation team!
This is a travel/ office based position. Day to day they will be based out of our Frisco, TX office; DFW is the home airport for travel. This position involved up to 75% travel across the USA.
Our Software Trainers are responsible for onboarding new customers to our suite of Veterinary Practise Management Softwares. You will travel on site to our customers veterinary clinics across the USA and work with them to set them up for success on their new software. This involves change management, training, configuration, and deployment of the software to their clinic. You will also coordinate with the wider implementation team to ensure that any issues are raised and addressed, that onboarding projects are handed over internally after being onsite so our customers have a seamless experience.
The primary software you will be onboarding our customers to is ezyVet, our premium cloud based practise management software. But you may also work with our other softwares like Vet Radar, Smart Flow, Neo and others. Our software helps veterinary practices save time, increase revenue, communicate better with their clients, and reduce workload stress. Pets and tech, it’s a winning combo!
