Job Description

The Challenge

As an Assembly & Test Operator, you'll directly contribute to products used worldwide for faster medical diagnostics, safety and security, and technologies that connect people. You'll build and test high-quality cameras and (PCB) modules according to clear procedures, focusing on accuracy, safety, and quality.

You'll work within the Assembly & Test team in Manufacturing and help solve complex imaging challenges — exactly what Teledyne Adimec stands for.

Work Environment (Clean room)

A large part of your work will take place in a cleanroom environment, where precision, discipline, and safe working are essential. Here, we ensure that customers can always count on "the right image, in the right place, at the right time."

You'll work with high-quality equipment and materials and contribute to an organized, ESD-safe, and clean workplace.

What will you be doing?

Assembly

• Assembling semi-finished products and cameras using techniques such as screwing, soldering, gluing, coating, and pressing.
• Work according to procedures to ensure every product meets our quality requirements.

Testing

• Perform tests on modules and finished products for real-time, accurate, and mission-critical applications.
• Identify and actively communicate any deviations.

Maintenance & Recordkeeping

• Tidy up, clean, calibrate, and record to ensure an efficient and safe working environment.
• Ensure that tooling and equipment are ready for use and in good condition.

Improvement

• Identify problems promptly and contribute ideas for improvements in quality, safety, and work processes.
• Contribute to our ambition to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

Handover

• Provide clear daily handover to the next shift.

What do you bring?

We are looking for colleagues who take pride in good work, take responsibility, and enjoy working together in a high-tech environment.

• Minimum LBO/MBO work and thinking level.
• Preferably ≥ 2 years of experience in a technical production or assembly environment.
• Accurate, quality-oriented, and accustomed to working according to procedures. • Deployable both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language.
• Safety-conscious and meticulous.
