Senior Manager, Talent Insights & Reporting, as part of the TA Strategy & Operations team, this person will help scale the Talent Strategy Reporting and Analytics team initiatives and goals for the organization. This role will create recruitment dashboards through collecting, aggregating, integrating and organizing recruitment data from a variety of sources. Strong database management skills including the ability to merge, clean and analyze large amounts of data that may come from disparate data sources will be key to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Partner with stakeholders to further develop and refine the Talent Acquisition value proposition to evolve both the Talent resourcing channels as part of our comprehensive ‘Total Talent Solution’ TA Operations Strategy.
  • Assist in the timeliness and quality of recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards
  • Ability to build a strong narrative
  • Ability to perform analysis across disparate data sources with an emphasis on presenting results in a clear manner related to Talent strategies and vast cross functional business objectives
  • Provide insight and consolation based upon knowledge of the overarching program, internal/external trends and key performance indicators to help Talent Managers solution local business needs.
  • Sponsor and champion the use of data and predictive analytics to drive data-driven talent decisions and investments that drive ROI.
  • Collaboratively develop and use Technology, analytics and stakeholder scorecards to identify areas of improvement and develop corrective action initiatives.
  • Provide TA enablement project and programmatic support and represent TA on cross functional project teams.
  • Build and manage custom dashboards in a data visualization tool such as Tableau.


Qualifications & Experience
 

  • 4 + years' Human Resources Operations or Talent Acquisition Operations experience
  • Experience using SQL or other data or scripting language is a plus
  • 2+ years Workday & ServiceNow experience
  • Experience analyzing data sets
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide data-based insights and observations
  • Proven ability to build strong, trustworthy, productive relationships across the business
  • Proven ability to influence cross functional teams to ensure alignment of site and company goals
  • Strong sense of urgency in addition to the ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
