About the Role

Orientate New customers to AIA family to improve customer loyalty.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Introduce new customers to AIA and familiarize them with the product purchased and facilities that are available to them.
  • Build customers’ confidence and loyalty to AIA’s products to increase repeat purchase.
  • Reinforce main differentiators and key benefits of products.
  • To exceed minimum service level and performance targets set by management.
  • Provide accurate information and efficient service to customers.
  • To conduct surveys to collect customers feedback/suggestion for improvement.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to address gaps from the feedback received, where applicable.
  • Report results of welcome calls feedback and gap resolution to all business lines regularly.
  • Attend to customers’ inquiries or complaints promptly.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Degree in related field with 2 - demonstrated ability in related field.
  • Proficient speaking skills in Mandarin.
  • Ability to speak in Cantonese is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and dedication to customer happiness.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and expertly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
  • Ability to handle and manage customer complaints.
  • Has a pleasant, patient and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
  • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
