We are seeking a visionary and highly accomplished Senior Director to lead and set the strategic direction for our cutting-edge technology within the commercial and enterprise applications of the Warehouse Robotics division. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire sales and business development lifecycle, driving large-scale, strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence across key global accounts. The Senior Director will operate at an executive level, setting long-term objectives, managing high-value, multi-phase contracts, and mentoring the sales organization. To thrive in this role, you must possess a proven track record of executive-level sales leadership, exceptional strategic thinking, and the ability to champion innovative technology in established and new markets. An expectation of this role is building scalable repeatable processes and building a team.
Lead the overall direct sales strategy and execution for robotics solutions across global territories or major market verticals.
Manage a team of Account Managers with accountability for revenue attainment, strategic customer development, and sales process optimization.
Develop and execute long-term sales strategies, organizational structures, and investment plans aligned to corporate objectives.
Build and evolve a customer-centric, data-informed sales culture focused on value delivery, innovation, and operational excellence.
Engage directly with strategic customers, partners, and industry influencers to position the company as a trusted robotics leader.
Partner with executive peers in Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to ensure integrated customer solutions and organizational alignment.
Drive performance management through KPIs, sales forecasting, talent development, succession planning, and territory governance.
Represent the voice of sales in executive forums and contribute to corporate strategy through market feedback and revenue planning.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales experience in the technology B2B environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership or executive-level role.
Deep expertise in warehouse logistics, automation solutions, and complex enterprise sales cycles.
Proven experience in defining, negotiating, and closing multi-dimensional, multi-million dollar customer frame agreements and large-scale project work.
Superior written, verbal, and public speaking skills, including the ability to influence C-level executives and deliver compelling keynote presentations.
Experience in developing comprehensive sales strategies, forecasting multi-year pipeline growth, and managing large team quotas.
Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on strategic partnership development.
Strong understanding of global procurement and contractual procedures.
Experience with direct and channel partner strategy and management.
Travel
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time (including domestic and international travel).
