Are you passionate about healthcare and looking for a rewarding career? Logan Health is seeking motivated individuals to join our Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) paid training program.

About the Program:

• Accredited Training: Our program is accredited through American Allied Health, ensuring you receive a high-quality education.
• Comprehensive Training: Receive hands-on training from experienced healthcare professionals, covering essential skills and knowledge required to become a successful RMA.
• Paid Experience: Gain valuable work experience while earning a salary during your training.
• Certification Support: We'll assist you in preparing for and obtaining your RMA certification.
• Career Advancement: Upon completion of the program, you'll be eligible for full-time or part-time employment within our network of clinics.

Program Length: The program length varies from 3-6 weeks depending on your prior clinical experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians and nurses with patient care, examinations, and procedures.
• Prepare patients for treatments and surgeries.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Commitment to patient care

Shift:

Day shift and minimal or no weekend work. Shifts are 8 or 10 hours long, depending on the clinic.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
