Job Summary
The Senior Production Executive at HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LIMITED will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production operations to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, high-quality product output, and timely delivery, contributing significantly to the company's operational excellence and business goals.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead and manage production teams, including supervising daily operations, scheduling, and performance management to meet production targets and quality standards.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to Unilever's stringent quality specifications.
* Optimize production processes through continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other operational excellence tools.
* Monitor production output, analyze performance data, and prepare detailed reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, collaborating with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
* Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain production continuity.
* Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and quality assurance departments to facilitate new product introductions and process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards.
* Train and develop production staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Production) or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the FMCG industry.
* Proven track record of successfully managing production operations and leading teams to achieve targets.
* Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in production planning software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization.
* Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
