Join our Talent Acquisition team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Recruiter, Functional Service Partnerships (FSP). In this highly collaborative and delivery-focused role, you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a variety of functions. As a trusted talent advisor, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging proactive sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and consultative partnership to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
Operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, you will be responsible for managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders. Success in this role requires a strong sense of urgency, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities while consistently meeting hiring goals and service level expectations.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to develop targeted recruitment strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and drive efficient hiring processes.
