Essential Job Functions

• Direct a team of 45+ that is responsible for Cash Application, Credit Management, Supporting blocked order management, problem resolution and process improvement initiatives for I2C area
• Collaborate and Coordinate activities between Regional teams and Local teams, to ensure efficient service delivery
• Counsel/Direct the team and customers to work through payment/dispute issues and solutions
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within the Credit & Cash area to include local, regional and global, and work with respective functions/regions to implement enhancements
• Responsible for solving ongoing process problems and supporting enhanced AR account management
• Develop a broad knowledge of the sales and operations functions and its impact on the Global AR organization, so that you can lead your team effectively during problem solving and difficult customer issues
• Coordinate with key stakeholders, including Customer Operations and the Regional AGS Centers, to ensure integrated and efficient service delivery
• Monitor, track, and enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to continually improve process performance for the designated processes
• Role model an inclusive, initiative-taking, and results-driven leadership style with a strong customer service focus.

Build and develop talent, fostering a continuous improvement mindset and providing relevant training in the areas of process excellence, Financial IT systems, internal controls, and fraud awareness.
