As a Lead Business Development Representative on the Rainbow Restoration team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Close sales transactions with potential business to drive revenue growth  
  • Utilize various sales techniques to help persuade and overcome objections  
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless transition from lead to close.  
  • Prospect and close new business.  
  • Promote Rainbow Restoration’s business and brand through sales operations. 
  • Prospect and sell active restoration jobs in dedicated markets.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of proven sales success, particularly in a closing role.
  • Skills:
    • Provide excellent customer service throughout the closing process.  
    • Ability to effectively meet or exceed sales performance standards. 
    • Possesses the ability to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
