Working Hours- Tuesday to Saturday.

What will this role achieve?

• Timely and accurate production entry on a daily basis
• Responsible for analysing and communicating information to the plant management and other key teams across the business.
• Spend time cross training to become versed in all functions within the despatch department.
• Play a key role in identifying process improvement and leading the way to successful implementation of these improvements.
• The role will provide holiday cover for the wider supply chain.
• Investigating - stock discrepancies/ Layaside/ Packaging. Line Stocks.
• Stock Sheet control - stock sheets to be aligned. Investigate under & over usages.

What will be your key deliverables? 

• Entering daily production including updating all relevant spreadsheets, entering data into SAP, and identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain movement of inventory through the quality process.

What do you need for this role? 

•  Proven ability to process complex and detailed data and other information.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to communicate production and financial information across the business.
• Ability to be tactical whilst seeing the bigger operational picture.
• Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and think independently about alternative ways to solve problems based on analysis of data.
• Is able to offer advanced solutions based on collected, summarised and analysed data.
• Advanced skills with the standard features of various computer programmes such as Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience in SAP.
