Senior Services Solutions Principal

Are you passionate about shaping digital transformation journeys for large enterprise customers? We’re looking for a Services Solutions Principal to join Dell Technologies’ Services Presales team, ideally based in or near Zurich, covering Switzerland with the possibility of supporting projects in neighboring regions.

 In this strategic Services role, you will partner with customers across finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and energy sectors, driving innovation in Data & AI, Applications & Multicloud, and Resiliency & Security. You’ll lead high-impact engagements, design tailored solutions, and influence C-level decision-making to accelerate digital transformation.

What You’ll Achieve

• Engage with senior customer stakeholders, up to CxO level, to shape transformation strategies and outcomes.
• Lead customer workshops, presentations, and solution designs that connect business value with technology.
• Craft compelling narratives that clearly articulate the “why” and “how” behind proposed solutions and IT transformation journeys, ensuring customers understand the business impact and strategic value.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver consistent, high-quality presales support.
• Contribute to RFP/SOW responses and transition solutions into delivery with precision.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional fluency in English, with strong proficiency in French and German when local client interaction is required
• 10+ years in presales, solutions architecture, or professional services.
• Expertise level in at least one pillar: Data & AI, Multicloud, Resiliency & Security.
• Strong communication, commercial acumen, and customer engagement skills, especially at the executive level.
• Ability to design and negotiate service solutions, aligning to business and financial outcomes.
