This is an excellent opportunity for a Digital Director (40 hours/week) at our Administration Offices in Milwaukee or Madison, WI and remote.

PPWI’s compensation philosophy is rooted in equity. Starting offers are determined by both the candidate’s applicable experience and internal equity. The Digital Director pay starts from $87,000 annually.
Additional $1.50 per hour for bilingual (English/Spanish)
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Digital Director will develop and execute digital communications strategies for Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin (PPWI) and Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin (PPAWI) across all platforms. This role ensures the organization’s digital experiences align with and support the organization’s mission, vision, values, brand, reputation, and strategic goals.
The Digital Director plays a key leadership role in cross-collaborating with departments to translate organization-wide initiatives into actionable plans that foster continuity in digital messaging. They help create a bridge between digital strategy and creative storytelling to shape digital campaigns, content development, user experience (UX), and website management to amplify PPWI’s mission.

· Experience managing digital communications, building multi-channel awareness campaigns, and driving key messages to identified target audiences.
· Experience developing organic and paid digital media strategies.
· Effective communication—both in writing and verbally—facilitation, presentation, and management of feedback loops.
· Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a project and see it from a big picture perspective while breaking it down into smaller pieces.
· Experience in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects.
· Must be able to maintain confidential information.
· Experience with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point preferably in MS 365, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in design and/or art direction a plus
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, journalism or other related discipline.
· 7 years of experience developing and executing creative strategies across digital, earned, owned, and/or paid media communications or public affairs.
· An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired may be considered.
- Must have demonstrated supervisory experience.
SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE:
Directly supervises and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Physical demands of the position necessitate hearing, talking, handling and grasping regularly. May require lifting up to 30 pounds. Specific vision conditions include close vision reading. Requires the ability to operate a computer, telephone, fax, copy machine and adding machine or calculator.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The position is generally performed in an office environment but involves frequent interruptions. This position requires traveling statewide. Must have access to transportation.
