Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Campaign Operations Advisor and lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to achieve our organization-wide marketing and fundraising goals.
This role focuses on core campaigns such as My St. Jude Family, Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, St. Jude Thanks and Giving campaign, corporate proprietary campaigns, and promotional campaigns. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop, support, and implement a comprehensive, strategic approach to corporate campaigns and programs, serving as a subject matter expert for corporate partnership and cause marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Outline goals and fundraising strategies for core and enterprise campaign initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships by collaborating with key constituents to ensure all partner commitments are met.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with account managers and other ALSAC stakeholders (Marketing, Digital, Legal, etc.) to ensure standard operating practices and service level agreements are followed.
- Develop strategic approaches and solutions to new and existing programs, evaluating needed creative materials and concepts for partners to use across multiple channels and platforms.
Project Management:
- Utilize strong project management and time management skills to prioritize and organize work among team members.
- Negotiate timelines and deliverables, adjusting as needed.
Campaign Implementation:
- Translate enterprise campaign strategies into actionable, tactical plans for corporate partnerships.
- Communicate and activate timelines and plans for corporate campaigns, working with leadership to establish program milestones and report on progress.
Legal Documentation:
- Assist with the process of submitting legal documentation (contracts and Letters of Agreement).
- Communicate timely updates through detailed status reports, working closely with Marketing and Legal for approvals.
Collateral Review:
- Serve as back-up for the corporate partner collateral review process for all corporate campaigns and programs.
- Ensure guidelines are followed and approvals are done in a timely manner.
Stewardship Support:
- Provide stewardship support for the team, driving the strategic approach for specific assets and benefits awarded to partners.
- Plan and update partner-facing elements such as ALSAC Corporate Wall, SJO websites, Danny Thomas Pavilion wall displays, Partner Impact Report, etc.
Logistics Management:
- Manage the logistics of corporate campaigns such as kit fulfillment and the incentive platform by working with outside vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Support corporate promotions partner stewardship activities, including hospital visits, patient interaction activities, virtual tours, etc.
Enterprise Representation:
- Represent the division’s interest on core campaigns and enterprise initiatives.
- Orchestrate work across the enterprise to support plans and implementation of partner programs with a national and multi-regional reach.
- Serve as a point of contact for campaign implementation, building post-campaign recaps with measurements, insights, and key learnings to share across enterprise teams.
Brand Ambassador:
- Represent ALSAC-St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in all areas to reflect positively on the hospital and our fundraising organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or more than 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence others.
- Ability to understand and follow complex verbal or written instructions.
- Demonstrated project management skills, preferably in campaign operations.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
