Join us as our new Strategic Business Development Student assistant
As a Student Analyst in Novonesis’ Planetary Health division, you will be situated at the heart of our organization, joining an international team dedicated to developing and executing the global strategy for Novonesis Household Care. You will be supporting our Global Marketing Managers and Business Development Managers with various tasks that support our local teams around the world, including:

• Quantitative and qualitative analysis: Conduct market development and sales analytics.

• Presentation building: Create compelling presentations based on data and trends.

• Product portfolio strategy: Assist in positioning, pricing, and other strategic areas across the full marketing mix.

• Innovation tactics: Contribute to developing and implementing innovative approaches.

• Customer engagement: Help plan engaging on-site visits for our biggest customers.

• Sales and marketing support: Undertake a range of related assignments.

In this role, you will be expected to drive processes independently while supporting colleagues on different projects. This provides the opportunity to take ownership of some projects and present your work to the team.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting initiatives and meetings: Prepare data and agendas for key initiatives and internal meetings

• Developing actionable insights: Utilize analytical methods to support decision-making with a data-driven approach

• Creating presentations: Assist in developing materials for customer presentations and internal stakeholder meetings.

To succeed you must hold:

• Preferably be studying on your final year of your bachelor’s degree or first year of your master’s degree within the field of business, marketing, strategy, economics, or finance

• Be a high-performing and ambitious individual thriving with challenges

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail

• Be a quick and proactive learner with good communicational skills including full professional proficiency in written and verbal English

• Be a great team player who also wishes to take responsibility and work independently

• Have excellent skills working with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

Location:
The job will be located in Bagsværd with the option of working from home on occasion. We expect you to work approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work from home and around exams.
