We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Trade Trainee/Apprentice/VIE to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of financial management within a dynamic automotive supplier environment. The successful candidate will support the finance department in daily operations, contributing to financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

* Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Help maintain accurate audit information.
* Collaborate with other departments to gather data and support business decisions.
* Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements within for OEA/CTPAT audits.

Job Qualifications

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
* Prior internship or relevant coursework in finance or accounting is a plus.
