What you will do

Under general direction, leads the data support efforts supporting our HVAC Controls Selection Program(s) which includes the auto generation of parts selection, configuration, pricing and needed collateral which drives our deliverables throughout the entire workflow process from sales through installation.  Consults with internal customers and assists with the needed business changes, at the same time be mindful of the need to maximize global standardization while balancing local market needs.  Operates with minimal supervision and direction from director or manager.

How you will do it

Manages and maintains our data, symbol libraries, labor, pricing, project documents which drives greater productivity and proficiency for each market. Works with local market to ensure open communication and alignment on changes needed and timing. Recognized expert on business issues related to area of responsibility. Identifies areas of improvement and influences Program development and implementation processes.  Working with the Product Sales organization, Product Management Team(s) and 3rd party partners to identify the correct product applications and collateral needed to support a complete output. Acts with business-knowledge resources across EMEALA with a Global mindset. Identifies Key Metrics to ensure our adoption rate delivers on the needs of the region, market-by-market. Manages reporting process for development planning, progress, sales financials, etc related to individual offering / product families. Works with Supply chain to ensure we maximize our scale by looking for opportunities for product consolidation across markets without negatively impacting the business. Manages and prioritizes day-to-day activities which have the largest business impact, while continually communicating with local business owners. Be the Administrator / SME for the EMEALA Selection Navigator “Community”. Own the Global Parts Master workflow process to ensure all related systems fully support and ensure accuracy of our product needs.  Including pricing, literature, pictures, descriptions, etc ….

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • 3 years business systems Analyst experience preferred.
  • Preferred experience with Johnson Controls Products and Configuration Tools
