Primary Directive: 

Provides specialized administrative support to employees and line managers. Responds to complex inquiries from employees across the enterprise. Administers and executes certain HR programs. Collects and analyzes data to support HR activities. Processes complex data requests. Coordinates with Tier I & II to provide escalation support.   

The Analyst HRSSC Talent Acquisition main tasks/ responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Prepare all the logistic arrangements to ensure candidates and interviewers are aligned and agreed on an on-site or video interview event.

  • Make travel arrangements for candidates when needed.

  • Collect candidate reimbursement requests and send them to the finance department.

  • Validate reimbursement payments.

  • Audit processes.

  • Reports and analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's  Degree in HR, Finance, Business or a related field required

  • 3 years of working experience in an HR Service Center. 

  • Mandatory - High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations and coordinating work teams in English. Other languages such as French, and Portuguese are desirable.  

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.  

  • Ability to work in multiple projects successfully and simultaneously.  

  • Ability to understand and develop successfully partnerships with customers.  

  • High Customer Service orientation.  

  •  Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and follow up.  

  •  Excellent attention to details  

  • Desirable experience in core HR operations processes.   

  • Desirable experience in Workday / Service Now
