Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth within the project.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align technical efforts with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Tivoli Netcool.
- Strong knowledge of network management and monitoring tools related to IBM Tivoli Netcool.
- Experience in application design, configuration, and integration within complex IT environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in distributed systems and multi-team projects.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess system performance and implement improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in IBM Tivoli Netcool.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
